  • Takedown Procedures:

Upon receiving a compliant Takedown Notice, we will promptly remove the allegedly infringing material. We will also send a notification to the alleged infringer informing them of the removal and the opportunity to submit a counter-notice.

  • Counter-Notice:

If the material was removed in error or you believe it is a fair use, you may submit a counter-notice. The counter-notice must include:

  • A physical or electronic signature.
  • Identification of the removed material and the location where the material was located before removal.
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled.
  • Your name, address, and telephone number.
  • A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal Court in [Your District] for the judicial district in which the address is located, or if your address is located outside the United States, for any judicial district in which the service provider may be found.
  • A copy of your written communication to the complaining party stating your intent to replace the removed material and providing your contact information so that the complaining party can contact you regarding the counter-notice.

Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, we will respond expeditiously to remove or disable access to the infringing material and to notify the user responsible for the content of the DMCA notice.

We reserve the right to terminate the accounts of repeat infringers.
